Our main topics of discussion were: the cost and plan of construction, revised floor plan, and financing of this phase of the project. We also kicked off our owner investment notes fundraising campaign. Our goal is to quickly move on to the renovation and upfit. The faster we complete fundraising, the faster we get the market open!

Meeting of Owners: Construction Plan and Financing

What: Owner's Meeting: Construction Plan and Financing
When: Tuesday, August 25th: Two sessions: 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Where: Paramount Theatre, East Front Street, Downtown Burlington

Two sessions of this meeting will be held. Please pick 1 session to attend. The content will be the same at both meetings. Our ownership has nearly doubled since the annual meeting in February - a very, very good thing. In order to comfortably accommodate all our owners, please attend the session that is most convenient for you. The first session will start at 6:00 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m. We will attempt to keep each session to an hour.

For your enjoyment, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Benjamin Winery and Celebrity Dairy will be just down the block at the future CSM building serving local wine and cheese. Please drop by and enjoy their products before you stroll down to the Paramount for your chosen session time.
