A Message From The Board

IT’S ‘GO TIME’!

We all want to see the market opened by the end of the year -- and the Board would like to sign the commitment letter with Fidelity Bank for the $1.1 million loan in the next couple of weeks so that we can get started with the construction process.

In order to be prudent with investors’ money, the Board will only pull that trigger to start the process when we feel comfortable the $300,000 remaining in our $2.3 million project can be raised.

What can each of you do? Purchase Preferred Shares.

When? NOW!

How much? As much as you are able, whether it’s 1 share for $200, or 5 shares for $1,000 . . . or more. We have 1,640 owners as of yesterday. I know we can all do this! We have $60,000 in pre-subscriptions already.

But we all need to do this quickly!

What can current community investment noteholders do? Convert your note to equity Preferred Shares (and, hey, if you also want to purchase additional Preferred Shares, that would be wonderful!).

Vintage Ceiling Tiles For Sale: $10 each

Available Saturdays, 10am - 2pm @ Company Shops Market Building

Company Shops Market will have a 'Saturday Store' every Saturday from 10 to 2, starting this Saturday! We will be selling the salvage ceiling tiles that were removed from the ceiling during building renovation. Many of you have expressed interest in purchasing the ceiling tiles and this will be your first chance to do so. These are first come, first served. Please bring gloves for handling the tiles as they are sharp. If you haven't picked up your owner t-shirt and/or tote bag or haven't purchased your Preferred Shares, come on down.
